If you have selected a preferred delivery date to your gift box, please note we will work to have this delivered as close as possible to this date, but given the nature of courier delivery times being out of our control we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will send your gift box based on our courier’s estimated delivery time ranges to get to your shipping address as close as we can to that date but will tend to err on the side of caution. For a guideline of these standard times please refer to our delivery information page. If you have any questions relating to this, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

At this stage, we are only able to offer delivery of your orders.

Please select the card option you want, and write your message for in the card in the “Include a Gift Message” option before adding the gift box to your cart.

Gift boxes can be delivered to hospitals, but will only be delivered to the reception/delivery area. Please ensure the ward number (& room number, if known) is included.

No gift boxes will be sent, or delivered, on public holidays.

Please use the currency convertor at the top right-hand side of the page if you wish to change the currency rate. Please note, payments will be processed in NZD though so the final amount may differ slightly on payment completion. We currently offer currency conversion for AUD, USD, EUR & CAD.
